📦 When will your order arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days. Business days include Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays (as per our courier partners).

Orders that are made-to-order or require customization may take longer than the standard delivery timeline. For such cases, our team will personally inform you via text message or email.

Please note that delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen events (like pandemic restrictions), but we strive to ensure timely deliveries.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

🚚 How do we deliver your order?

We ship through reliable and registered courier partners. If your package appears tampered with or opened, please inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person. Only sign the Proof of Delivery (P.O.D.).

🆓 Is shipping free?

Yes! All domestic orders are eligible for Free Shipping.

📦 How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a text message/email with your tracking details, including the order number and courier partner name.

🔍 How can I track my order?

Simply visit the courier partner’s website and enter your order number to track the current status of your order.

🏠 What if I'm not available during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled.

To avoid this, please provide:

• A complete and accurate shipping address

• A valid Pin Code/Zip Code

• An active mobile number

This ensures smooth and timely delivery of your order.

🌏 Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently only ship within India.

💳 Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
