Most orders are delivered within 7β10 business days. Business days include Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays (as per our courier partners).
Orders that are made-to-order or require customization may take longer than the standard delivery timeline. For such cases, our team will personally inform you via text message or email.
Please note that delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen events (like pandemic restrictions), but we strive to ensure timely deliveries.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

We ship through reliable and registered courier partners.Β If your package appears tampered with or opened, please inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person. Only sign the Proof of Delivery (P.O.D.).

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled.
