At Timbertots, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade products. Please read the following guidelines before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

As each product is handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or size are natural and not considered defects.

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.


Please Note:

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at thetimbertots@gmail.com with your order number, delivery address, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.


Return Process

Step 1: Email us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: We’ll schedule a pickup within 3–5 working days.
Step 3: After inspecting the returned item, we’ll proceed with a replacement or refund.

If a replacement isn’t possible, we will issue a refund within 7–10 working days.


Refund

Refunds will be processed as per the timelines below:

  • Cancellation: Within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method, upon receiving a valid cancellation request.

  • Return: Within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method, after the returned product passes our quality check.

To cancel an order, email thetimbertots@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order with your order details and reason.
